If you design logical and functional Lo-Fi mockups that respond to the needs of users and improve their experience and you can coordinate the work of the team, so that your mock-ups become a functional graphic design – we are looking for you!
WORK PLACE: business office in Poznań, remote work possible.
Responsibilities
What will the UX Designer do at V&P?
● from the project launch, you will attend in briefing meetings and the strategic process, you will become acquainted with the context of the entire project and the client’s business goals
● you will coordinate the work of the design team, you will be responsible for the final shape of the creative materials prepared based on your mock-ups
Your Role & Responsibilities:
● preparing of usability and functionality audits
● building customer journey map and personas
● designing and prototyping web and mobile application interfaces (low/high fidelity) including elements such as: site map, scenarios (task flows, user flows), design interactivity, information architecture
● briefing and coordinating the work of a graphic designer and copywriter
● preparation of mock-ups for the developer with a description of the functionality
● recommend and design A / B tests

Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
● 2+ years of UX design experience in an advertising agency / interactive agency
● corporate clients project experience (portfolio of commercial projects required)
● high proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch / Figma / Xd / Axure, InVisio
● great knowledge of website technologies and UX trends
● ability to use reports prepared by a web analyst (HotJar, Google Analytics)
● communicative level of English (min. B1)
An extra advantage will be:
● experience in preparing and conducting UX workshops for clients
● basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
● basic knowledge of GA and HotJar tools
● experience in process modeling using BPMN or UML
● experience in user testing
