Job description
We are an own product company, developing an innovate worldwide and fast-scaling cryptocurrencies and investment platforms including applications. Our teams are working on a number of crypto and fintech platforms including exchanges and wallets.
We are looking for Recruiter (IT) and EA to CEO based in our office, Full time. You will work in a friendly, inspiring, and rewarding atmosphere. The tasks are quite challenging, so be ready to work hard.
The recruitment will be for the Vienna office mainly. However you might be involved in the recruitment for our other centres in Poland or Czech Republic and in future, also for our Ukraine offices.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for recruiting Social Media, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development Associates for both our offices and for remote work worldwide and you’ll also be responsible for recruiting the best IT specialists to increase our team of developers.
You will manage the full cycle of recruiting process:
Search, screen and attract candidates
Write feedbacks and summaries in English
Conduct HR interviews with candidates in English/ Ukrainian etc.
Check references from previous employers (verbally and in written)
Take care of the full onboarding process
Communicate with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
Work on a day-to-day basis with management
Maintain candidate database
Monitor the job market
Requirements
At least 1year+ experience in IT or General recruitment
An Understanding of modern technologies
Experience in closing IT and or General vacancies
Experience in successfully closing vacancies of various degrees of complexity (Junior to Team Lead /Managers)
Knowledge and awareness of the Job Market & Cryptocurrencies
Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
Excellent negotiating skills
Be Literate in English, Ukrainian and Russian (will be bonus)
Reasonable in Spoken English — Perfect English is NOT Mandatory
An existing network (your own) of specialists -welcomed but not mandatory
