Hello!
We are a rapidly growing online store offering unique care and make-up cosmetics. We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the development of performance and direct marketing tools. Working with us is based mainly on passion and commitment, so at the beginning ask yourself a few questions:

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing campaigns in the field of performance marketing, in particular campaigns on Google, Facebook, Ceneo and on the IAI platform
Coordinating the work of an international team that creates advertising campaigns for several countries
Analysis of the results of previous marketing campaigns
Effective management of the promotional budget
Cooperation with external agencies
Recommending innovative solutions aimed at increasing the amount of UU

Requirements
Very good knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics
Experience in the implementation of performance marketing campaigns supported by successes
Ability to delegate tasks and account for their results
Very good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level)
Good knowledge of the Polish language (at least B1 level)
High analytical skills
Own initiative and creativity in proposing out-of-the-box solutions
Focus on achieving the goal
Experience in the implementation of performance marketing campaigns supported by successes
