This is an exciting opportunity to help build OMG UK’s award-winning product – OMG Marketplace by onboarding video formats into the inventory curation product. This role will focus on incorporating new and innovative formats into OMG Marketplace, including instream and outstream video, CTV and Audio, maintaining connections between the media owners and our client’s campaigns.
The role requires significant collaboration, working closely with agency teams, programmatic AV specialists, media owners and SSPs.
Responsibilities
A successful candidate will be able to manage and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns, focusing on inventory curation and troubleshooting. You will also help support on inventory curation products built upon Youtube.
With your extenstive knowledge of programmatic video buying, you will be a key consultant to agency teams determining the most suitable publishers and formats to fulfil their campaign targeting and KPIs. You will collaborate with agency teams during the planning process to curate bespoke AV inventory packages to deliver upon the client campaign objectives.
You will be responsible for the AV operations withing OMG Marketplace – creating the PG or PMP deals, and troubleshooting across the DSP, SSP and any verification partners as needed.
You must be confident in negotiations with technology partners and media owners, have a deep understanding of the UK media owner landscape, work closely with verification technology and data partners, fluent in hands-on DSP or SSP operations, troubleshooting, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will have a logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail and be commercially minded.

Requirements
• Hands-on experience using a DSP and/or SSP, setting up and optimizing campaigns
• In depth knowledge of the UK digital landscape and media owners, particularly the AV landscape
• A good understanding & experience across CTV, OTT, Youtube and traditional TV media
• Confidence to present AV strategies to multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong negotiater
• A strong working knowledge of RTB & programmatic trading.
• Ability to define and deliver quality media placements through programmatic buying.
• Strong relationships with AV media owners
• Align with senior OMG Digital leadership team work closely with Industry Bodies
• Strong organisational skills – always delivering to deadlines and managing expectations.

We are all making a gradual return to the office in the UK, and at OMG we’re using the opportunity to look at how we can do things a little differently. We are trialling a blend of office and remote working to assess what works best for our people and our business. We are provisionally adopting a 3:2 rhythm of working, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home as part of the trial. We have also revised the office layout, created new agile workspaces and ensured we have the right technology on board to give our people a flexible way of working that suits them best. While contracted hours are 09:30 to 17:30, we do offer core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give everyone flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether they’re in the office or working remotely.
