Responsibilities

MD are looking for a Biddable Account Manager to work on one of our most innovative clients within the charity and fashion verticals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering performance and innovation through advanced optimisation, audiences, testing and technology. The ideal candidate is someone who has 3+ years’ experience in delivering paid social campaigns, ready to take the next step into Account Management.

Working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your client’s business objectives from digital performance and brand activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid social campaigns, with support where necessary from Biddable Director. You will also be responsible for the management and development of Senior Account Executives & Account Assistants, ensuring that deadlines and performance targets are met.

You will have experience in social performance channels and ensure all output with regards to these channels is best-in-class for your clients while exploring opportunities for growth and industry ‘firsts’ in your specialism. You would be responsible for a team of performance specialists that can apply transferrable optimisation and management skills across a portfolio of performance channels to ultimately deliver the best performance for their clients against their core KPI’s.

This role should always be seeking to identify areas of cross-channel efficiencies and be implementing, maintaining and improving upon processes across the team in order to move our resource away from manual implementation to more strategy and innovate optimisation efforts for your clients. Part of this will be to effectively navigate across the various client teams outside of performance in the agency for the optimal integrated output for your clients.

Requirements

This role requires an excellent level of theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in all areas of your core specialism (paid social) including:

● Channel best practice & process
● Fluent with multiple Biddable Platforms, understanding their capabilities and shortcomings (E.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, Pinterest, etc.), brand advertising experience is a plus
● Overseeing and monitoring optimisation – delivering client performance KPIs through optimisation, automation, and roadmaps.
● Act as the main point of contact for internal & external stakeholder management
● Delivery of operational excellence with budget management, forecasting and biddable optimisations.
● Analysis of platform and conversion data, reporting on performance to both external clients and in-house stakeholders
● Build and develop strong positive working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating search and social expertise and understanding of clients’ business goals
● Provide regular insight and innovative ideas to clients
● Compiling and presenting PCAs, QBRs, meeting presentations, reviews and recommendations to clients, with manager involvement as required
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Can manage numerous projects concurrently and consistently to deliver high-quality work to timescale (works well under pressure and to short deadlines)
● Identify best in class work for case study & award submission to strengthen the Biddable team
● Responsibility of the financial process ensuring our clients and partners are billed on time, through QA’ing and approving media plans to reporting and monitoring unbilled reports.
● Proactively share insights and learnings to the wider performance team and assisting and educating them on any knowledge gaps
● Working with the Biddable operations team to ensure new processes are implemented and adhered to
