The Team at OMG Unite are looking for an enthusiastic Media & Partnerships Account Executive, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in a media agency planning or buying role and is familiar with key tools. You will be a part of insight development, media planning & buying, idea and content creation, briefing, development, project management and reporting of media & partnership campaigns. You will be a key support for both the media and partnership team across clients and lead in the day to day delivery of several projects at any one time.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the planning and buying manager, the Account Executive will support and see through projects from insight, channel planning, idea creation to execution, ensuring our campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way according to the agreed timeliness and deliverables, and run smoothly and efficiently.
• Excellent day to day campaign execution and implementation of media, partnership and content campaigns from across all channels from briefing to delivery and post campaign reporting. This includes briefing partners, adding bookings, working with ad ops team to create tags, etc.
• Supports the managers in delivering outstanding client service through timely response to client requests, smooth day to day delivery and top-notch project management of campaigns
• Leverage planning tools and desktop research to develop audience insights
• Collaborates with team on creative and content solutions, coming up with great ideas in response to client briefs
• Stays on top of campaign progress and finance/booking and is able to provide status updates on day to day queries and questions
• Supports in content development, rewriting campaign brief, coordinating production logistics and timelines with the media owners as well as reviewing and uploading content
• Support in quality control of all deliverables.
• Supports the team in creating and delivering client presentations
• Collate information from different internal and external partners to create client friendly documents including reports and presentations
• Maintain filing systems
• Update and maintenance of various excel spreadsheets.
• Create templates when required
• Lead campaign bookings on the system, coordinates invoicing and other campaign related finance and operational workstreams
• Collate and compile documentation when required
• Arrange meetings when required
• Help in organising team socials and fun activities that contribute to positive team culture

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience of working within media, advertising or marketing. Ideally in a media agency role with basic understanding of the key planning and buying tools like Prisma and MediaOcean. Understanding of TGI, Touchpoints, AdDynamix/Ad Intel, YouGov, BrandIndex, Census data and ability to use such studies in crosstab analysis tools such as etelmar would be highly advantageous.
• Genuine interest and curiosity about diverse cultures and audience groups like Multicultural/ Multi-ethnic, LGBTQ+ and DisAbility audiences
• Highly creative and excited about coming up with ideas and solutions for our clients
• Passionate about the media and marketing landscape
• Highly organised and strong project management skills
• Entrepreneurial, Self-starter and go getter with a can-do attitude
• Collaborative and agile team player
• Proactive and enthusiastic, being willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Fluency of one foreign language would be an advantage.
