IT Projectmanager
Inhouse Support
Responsibilities
– You like to pull the strings and together with our young team you drive IT projects to success
– You will actively design and develop IT processes
– You will lead digitalization projects and competently accompany our subsidiaries during the implementation process
– You use your ability to communicate complex issues to successfully build trainings and webinars for our employees
– Your aim is to collect all the knowledge in the company and therefore you are looking forward to the creation of a knowledge base and its following maintenance
– You love to work on a variety of tasks and to coordinate the processing of incoming requests and IT issues in your team
– You impress your co-workers with your high service orientation and provide support on all channels: personally, e-mail, chat or remotely
– You will actively design and develop IT processes

Requirements
– You have acquired the necessary expertise with a completed IT education (e.g., apprenticeship, HTL, university/university of applied sciences) and already bring along relevant professional experience in the IT sector
– You are looking forward to proof and develop your project management skills in a dynamic environment
– You are compassionate about new technologies and you have comprehensive experience in working with Macs
– You impress us with your structured and precise way of working and your talent to always maintain a good overview
– You inspire our employees with your communication strength and your strong service orientation
– As a born teamplayer with fluent language skills in English (office language English, basic skills in German of advantage) you are welcome in our multicultural team
– You are looking forward to proof and develop your project management skills in a dynamic environment
– You are compassionate about new technologies and you have comprehensive experience in working with Macs
