Papaya Films is a creative production house operating in the advertising, film and media sectors. We have been building our team since 2006, not only in Warsaw, but also in London, New York and Lisbon.
We already have in our team over 70 producers, production managers, coordinators and assistants from Poland and from abroad. We recruit and invite the best ones from the world to cooperate.

In the near future, many new projects are waiting for us, which will require the support of the team’s competences, which is why we are looking for an expert with CSR knowledge that we want to share in a systematic and organized way, preferably full-time.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LEADER
Responsibilities
– grass root execution of CSR activities; provision of inputs to strategize short and long term CSR initiatives,
– leading “green production” project in close cooperation with other departments and teams,
– development of relationship and liaison with external parties (NGOs, media),
– ensuring effective communication of the CSR activities (f.e. by setting up the forums where employers could share ideas and promoting employees’ engagement).
Requirements
– experience in taking CSR activities,
– knowledge of specificity of NGOs and media structures and functioning
– ability to work in group
– leadership skills
– using effective communication
– good organization of own work, consistency in action and effectiveness in achieving not only short-term, but also medium- and long-term goals
– English and Polish knowledge
