Papaya Films is a creative production company operating in the advertising, film and music videos. We have been building our team since 2006 and have offices in Warsaw, London, New York and Lisbon.

In the near future, new projects are waiting for us, which is why we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bidding Producer, who will join our team in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
- Working closely with HOP, Service Production Lead and Production team (Line producers, Production coordinators and assistants)
- Analyzing and study Director’s treatments and scripts, prepare bids breakdown and detail summary for Production team
- Leading the bids for international clients and provide accurate bids
- Proactively following up with clients and maintaining the relationships
- Developing and participate in New Business strategy, research and development
- Working closely with Roster team to allocate the right talents for the potential projects
- Preparing weekly reports and costs analysis
Requirements
Apply if you fulfil the following criteria:
- Proven record of providing successful and accurate bids
- Ideally having previous experience in a Bidding Producer role with Production company
- Excellent understanding of industry standards and cost structures for service productions
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Proactive and solution focus approach
- Ability to lead the bid process with in depth understanding of Client needs
- Ability to build the effective relationships and contacts with Clients/Productions/Agencies
- Excellent understanding of financial company perspective and goals
- Bespoke communication, verbal and written English
- Advanced level of MS Office
- Nice to have: client base contacts with Advertising industry, other language it’s a plus
