Strategic Planner (m/f/t)
To actively support our strategy, we are looking for a Strategic Planner who can keep an eye on the big picture and has a passion for integrated communication solutions.

Requirements
Your skills
– Enthusiasm for advertising and outstanding communication – of any kind
– You not only know your way around the web, but you also know how to link different ad-techs in digital ecosystems in a meaningful way
– You can create target group personas and know how to use them for customer journeys from the beginning to the end of the funnel
– Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an agency’s strategy department as well as experience in managing larger clients
– You enjoy constantly immersing yourself in new topics
– You find market research and crosstabs interesting and like to draw your own conclusions from them
– You like to create order in the information overload and point your clients and colleagues in the right direction for a solution
– You don’t see the Creative Brief as a formality, but as a process for a better result
– You feel comfortable in the role of facilitator of workshops and other group dynamic processes
