WHO DO WE NEED?
We are on the hunt for a Search Account Coordinator to join our search team at Omnicom Media Group.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about Digital Marketing and in particular Search Marketing. You will have an understanding of the media agency’s place within advertising and marketing, and the role of performance digital within the agency.
You will be an integral part of the performance team at Omnicom Media Group, collaborating with the Account Managers and Account strategists to develop and evolve key accounts. Helping to ensure industry leading work is delivered and exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis within the team!
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work. You will be required to engage other departments and specialist functions at Omnicom Media Group to manage consistent execution of client strategies across all plans. You will have responsibility for ensuring optimisation best practice is adhered to as well as building and developing client relationships.
You’ll develop strong external relationships too, working closely with Google and other suppliers to ensure industry and Google best practice is applied to all accounts.
As an account coordinator in the performance team, you will play a critical role within the client account team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day optimisations of accounts, driving the creation of brilliant work and delivering exceptional client service.
Working under the guidance of the Head of Search, you contribute to campaign development and implementation, as well as an input into the strategy of top tier clients. You will also work closely with other departments at Omnicom Media Group and specialist functions to manage consistent execution of client strategies across all plans.
You will be expected to drive both commercial opportunities for the agency and the delivery of best in class work for our clients.
Requirements
Inquisitive, curious, and ambitious, with a can-do attitude.

Accuracy and attention to detail is a prerequisite
Ability to think beyond the numbers and see the potential for development
Strong numeracy is a real plus
Good listeners and team players required
Industry experience is desirable
Excellent written & oral communication skills. The ability to think on your feet and respond directly to challenging questions.
Independently take a client brief and develop a response from start to finish, calmly dealing with urgent requests, and asking for help when appropriate
Ability to collate and curate detailed insights from multiple sources to fuel planning and strategy
Can build strong and mutually beneficial working relationships across your team, peers, media owners, and clients
Google Certifications are desirable but not essential
