Project Manager
Management and execution of global qualitative research projects.
Responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executes flawlessly 5-8 research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery, facilitate necessary information exchange to ensure smooth execution of project.
• Continuously monitor project elements, anticipates/identifies potential problems as well as suggested actions to resolve them.
• Primary consultant for various accounts, and has a full understanding of project costs and feasibility.
• Updates pricing on a continued basis throughout the project lifecycle as needed, documenting and notifying Account Manager where needed.
• Works within systems effectively throughout life cycle of project (PM Tool)
• Manages new or changes to existing key elements of project as required by Account teams, or Operations Manager.
• Consults with clients on screener details
• Conducts kick off calls with client (to discuss any final details, confirm any questions on screener).
• Works collaboratively with client to provide updates on progress of project
• Works collaboratively with colleagues from other global offices to make sure all project parts are on task.
• Works in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Brief local project management and recruiting teams on projects to ensure client needs and deliverable are met consistently including briefing and expectations on recruitment and screener.
• Schedule moderator briefings for local moderators with client (as needed)
• Update clients daily via phone & email on status of projects.
• Provides clear facility needs and briefs local facility on client’s arrival and QUALIFICATIONS.
• Creates master profile sheet to be used by each local market. Monitors studies for recruiting issues and make recommendations to clients.
• Update account team, recruiting director and facility on status of projects or issues with clients.
• Manages all vendor and final itemized invoicing to client.
• Responds quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manages to resolution, escalating as appropriate.
• Prepare daily reports and quota reports in excel or required software.
• Provides feedback to Director and VP around project best practices to continually refine and improve GQS’s way of working and offer to clients.
• Strives for continual improvement to offer the best experience to clients.

• Must have 5+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with knowledge of qualitative data collection methodologies.

• Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
• English speaking
