NOLABEL is looking for a Producer, who will manage the overall process of creating VFX for TV Commercials, Feature Films, TV series and animations. The position is based in Krakow, Poland.
Responsibilities
⇨ Act as the main contact for client relations
⇨ Work with Supervisors for creating VFX breakdowns, budgets and schedules
⇨ Oversee general scheduling and preparation of project plans and milestones
⇨ Manage review sessions and meetings with clients
⇨ Evaluate costs and bidding for potential projects
⇨ Manage deadlines and budgets
⇨ Provide essential information to the team regularly
⇨ Maintain a smooth workflow amongst all departments

⇨ Understanding of filmmaking, CGI and VFX workflows
⇨ Highly organized, with excellent managerial and leadership skills
⇨ Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with clients
⇨ Ability to perform calmly under pressure, be punctual and prioritize tasks
⇨ Reliable, independent, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
⇨ Excellent English language skills

⇨ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
⇨ Highly organized, with excellent managerial and leadership skills
