Gutenberg Agency Warsaw is a retail & etail marketing agency belonging to the DDB Group that provides services in the 360 ° model: from strategy and creation to production.
Responsibilities
• comprehensive coordination of the implementation of image and sales campaigns from the client’s brief to the settlement of the project
• participation in the creation of the concept of the campaign, with the support of a dedicated creative team and strategist
• building and maintaining relationships with the client
• close cooperation with other departments of the Agency
• monitoring communication trends and identifying communication benchmarks in digital channels
• identifying the client’s needs and proposing non-standard activities as well as participation in the creation of the concept, including cross-channel activation
• preparing cost estimates for out of scope projects
• participation in the creation of the concept of the campaign, with the support of a dedicated creative team and strategist
• building and maintaining relationships with the client

Requirements
• understanding the specifics and knowledge of trends in the area of communication
• the ability to build long-term relationships with customers
• knowledge of the marketing industry
• high communicativeness and negotiating competences
• openness to knowledge in the field of production of retail materials (product catalogs, newsletters, POSM)
• goal orientation and a positive attitude
• knowledge of MS Office to a very good degree
• very good knowledge of Polish
• the ability to build long-term relationships with customers
• knowledge of the marketing industry
• high communicativeness and negotiating competences
• openness to knowledge in the field of production of retail materials (product catalogs, newsletters, POSM)
• goal orientation and a positive attitude
• knowledge of MS Office to a very good degree
• very good knowledge of Polish
