In GroupM, we are launching the third edition of our huge educational and business project called: “FIRST JOB in DIGITAL”.
It is a special programme addressed to all those who are looking for a new job, want to change their career, or want to start or continue their professional career in the area of digital marketing and advertising.
We are looking for people for the following digital marketing areas:
• SEM (Google AdWords)
• Paid Social Media (FB Ads)
• Programmatic Advertising (RTB)
• Other digital areas (e-commerce, native marketing)
In total, we are looking for a dozen or so people, who are willing to join us as part of the three-month learning and implementation programme for the position of Digital Trainee.
What is next?
When you pass the test after 3 months of implementation – you will be promoted to the position of Junior, and then you can continue your career path in GroupM.
First Job in Digital Program Plan:
STAGE I
• Participation in training that will be conducted by our experts / internal trainers,
• Learning internal procedures and processes that will prepare you to serve our clients within 3 specializations (SEM, Paid Social Media, Programmatic, others)
STAGE II
• Learning from and observation of our specialists in their daily work (coaching on the job)
• Implementation of simple and then more and more complicated advertising activities with the use of appropriate tools and technologies, within 3 specialisations
At the end:
Theoretical and Practical Knowledge Test & Summary & Decision, namely:
• Each of you will be invited to take a knowledge test at the end of this program
• After the test, we will summarize the test results and participation in the entire program with each of you separately
• If the result is positive, we will offer you a permanent job in GroupM, as part of a given digital path.
Responsibilities
• setting up and implementation of digital campaigns
• monitoring and optimisation of the campaign in line with the goals
• use of standard research solutions in campaigns
• using the synergy of digital channels in campaign planning
• campaign reporting and preparation of customer summaries with recommendations
• settlement of ongoing advertising projects
Requirements
• people who work in other industries and want to retrain and start their adventure in the digital industry,
• people with no experience, willing to start their first job,
• people who want and like to work with numbers,
• people who are interested in new technologies,
• people ready to work full-time (8 hours a day)
Apply if:
• you are sure that you want to work, advance your career and gain practical experience in the digital industry,
• you are ready to start permanent cooperation with us after 3 months of implementation,
• you have or want to gain agency or client experience,
• you have or want to gain experience in digital advertising in one of the following areas (SEM, Paid Social Media, Programmatic, native marketing, other)
• you are familiar with Excel (ideally if you can create pivot tables),
• you can speak English (B1 – B2 level)
• you act independently, with commitment, flexibility, initiative, positive communication, and willingness to work with and for people
