Creative Director
Our Warsaw office is on the lookout for a Creative Director to inspire and lead our team with creative vision, music excellence and positive leadership. Curious to read what your role would include (but not be limited to)?
First thing first, you’re responsible for the creative direction of a selected portfolio of national and international clients (think commercials, films, games, trailers and co-lead audio branding projects) as well as for the department’s P&L. If you’re googling P&L, perhaps this role is not for you. Just saying.
You also process all cue sheets, work for hires, composer agreements, ensuring the group names are protected and the information is correct, so that our publishing department can register them without going crazy. How do you do that? Because of your understanding of music-related financial and licensing issues.
Your forte? You get how branding works and understand the importance of building lasting and effective relationships with creatives, brands and directors. You make handling multiple complex projects simultaneously look as easy as Sunday mornings. You track projects that are currently in the agency pipeline, taking them to the next level – both creatively and with regards to budget.
Your ultimate mission is to help brands use music and sound more strategically, efficiently, and creatively – from bespoke music, sound design and music activations to licensing and sonic branding identities. And don’t get us started on your negotiation skills with labels and publishers – off the charts.
Being a trusted point of contact for producers and creatives on publishing and sync seems to be what you were born for. You’re a great manager and leader to both junior and senior colleagues because you know how to get the best from them through encouragement and ownership.
A supernova of energy, passion and enthusiasm for music and life in general is how people describe you. You bring smart strategic thinking to the table and aren’t afraid to say that certain calls could have been emails. You are also fun to have around, which is great because all work and no play isn’t our style.
