Hello, we are Cohn & Jansen (cohnandjansen.ro), a Romanian full-service advertising agency based in Bucharest. Since in our industry English is the first language and visual language is universal, it would be very easy for us to accommodate a Ukrainian art director on our team, preferably somebody with 3-5 years of experience.
We are flexible in terms of location – you could work from our office in Bucharest or remotely. We can also help with accommodation, if needed. Responsibilities
– Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter, based on client & strategy brief
– Produce roughs and moodboards to visualize ideas
– Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
– Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
– Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers, production teams and provide directions

Requirements
Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Very good capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
