I’m a professional from Ukraine and have 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising with a particular emphasis on business development, multi-media advertising strategy, structure and process development and brands building and growth.
My experience was mostly connected with big international companies (Omnicom, Publicis, GroupM, IPG and clients P&G, Ferrero, Chanel, J&J, Novartis/Sandoz, Samsung, Danone, Nutricia, Kyivstar (Telenor), Raiffesenbank and many others), where I implemented both global strategies locally and managed multi markets regions. That has given me the opportunity to observe and absorb the best practice which I rigorously bring to my professional activity.
For the last years, I have worked on management positions, from chief operating officer to company founder. During this period I deeply immersed into business planning, strategy development, communication with shareholders and business owners, and, of course, team building. For the last year I’m deeply in Food tech as was responsible for strategic marketing with X100 Food (5+ brands, 12 countries) thus know what is dark kitchens, Cloud kitchens, virtual restaurants and much more about this field. At the same time I’m developing as a startuper to keep myself on the wave of dinamic business and investment market (graduated Demium incubator).
I’m very passionate about empowering business to use data driven solutions and provide businesses with more effective and efficient desicions.
I really believe that my experience, strategic mind allows to be innovative, inventive, original, and resourceful and to venture beyond the commonplace, the familiar, or the obvious. I entertain ideas about the best ways to reach a goal, increase productivity, or solve a problem.
