I have successfully completed my master’s in Cultural studies with a major in Manager, Agent, and Producer and have supplemented my education with a lot of practical experience. When I was an Organizer of one of the largest conferences in Poland for young people and students “Baza Centrum” and large-scale Sports Events, such as ISC and ISCC in the UK I’ve become a strong and highly efficient operations and PR specialist. To creative skills can be also added by the fact that I was a practical photographer for different events, Ukrainian grey zones in 2019, Church meetings, and private photoshoots.
That experience brought me to IT, where I currently work as an Associate Manager, BU Operations (PMO). The job is mostly related to Financial analysis, Project management, and improving business operations. Day-to-day tasks contain PnL Analysis and handling of projects from the contract signing to the first delivery. At my previous job, as a Project Operations Specialist, I was nominated for the Best Consultant Management award for the year 2020 at Huawei Warsaw Research Center. Besides that, I got a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition for a record of outstanding accomplishments in the 2021 European Top Competition Talent Summit in Huawei Warsaw Research Center.
I enjoy roles where I can have an impact on the result and can give a maximum of myself for successful performing. I appreciate an opportunity not only to lead the project but to work alongside a good leader concentrating on the operations side. I enjoy working in creative positions, connected to events, marketing, and SMM, where my imagination and vision could be useful:)
