My name is Natalia.
Before the war in Ukraine began, I worked as a product manager in a small Ukrainian startup (head ranting domain). Joining this company as a UX / UI designer, later I was fully in charge of the product development process.
Before starting my IT career, I worked as a designer and production manager in the fashion industry for over ten years.
 
My direct responsibilities included managing the product backlog, leading the development team, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, constant analytics of the market and competitors, creation and development of users personas, UJM, etc.
 
In close cooperation with stakeholders, I formulate a general strategy for developing the platform. Based on market demands and business requirements, I form a product roadmap.
 
My daily engagements include managing the development team, conducting scrum ceremonies, including planning, grooming, daily standups, prototyping, and final product design.
