When creating the marketing department from scratch, I focused on content marketing – acquiring leads by creating high-quality textual and visual content. This strategy proved successful: despite the crisis caused by russian aggression and the decline in confidence in the Ukrainian IT industry, the company now has a full sales funnel and has been able to maintain revenues at the pre-war level. In addition to acquiring new customers, the articles have helped attract the attention of strategic technology partners. For example, the competent distribution of the article about MinIO technology (https://medium.com/faun/what-is-minio-and-jak-konfigurować-w-kubernetes-18072ac80fb2) made it possible to reach over 12,000 recipients only on the Medium platform and engage MinIO as our technological partner.
