Hi! My name is Anastasia and I have almost 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
The first year I worked in a Ukrainian outsourcing company, combining HR responsibilities and recruitment. It was my first experience in the IT sphere so I had to learn from scratch and practice a lot, even though I was lucky enough to start my career with an actual experience within the company.
At the moment I’m working in a recruitment agency, I’m leading certain clients on my own, conduct interviews with candidates (since I have the best English in the company, I’m kind of responsible for our international branch of recruitment).
I also have experience as a copywriter, in the first company I ran the company’s social networks, wrote case studies, participated in writing landings for the company’s products. After that I worked with Media Agency as an English copywriter, wrote articles, cases, posts on various topics.
In my spare time I draw and work on my portfolio, as in the future I would like to try myself as a Character Artist / Concept Artist, but for that I still need to define my style and gain more practice:)

– Tech-savvy person, experience with Jira, ATS systems, Google products (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc).
