Responsibilities
You will further develop our digital competencies, provide impetus for current trends, and actively advise your colleagues and our customers
You will work closely with the digital design team and digital account management
You support the entire development process up to the release and external presentation of the new product as well as the online portal and the functions or improvements and extensions
Requirements
8-10 years off professional and in-depth experience in relevant positions, ideally in renowned agencies, industry or well-known start-up business, with focus on strategy and conception for technically demanding digital projects
Well-founded experience as Technical Director, Digital Conceptor, Information Architect or similar positions with disciplinary and professional responsibility, also training junior colleagues
Sound experience and methodological competence in research and Design Thinking
Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectively
Being passionate about getting you involved in medical topics with complex processes and requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
Industry experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage
You enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of user-centric strategies and aligning user research, conceptualization, design and front-end development with user and business needs
You are also strong in research and trend scouting to proactively gain insights for projects and a good sense of client needs
