The creative agency David+Martin was founded in July 2015 by David Stephan and Martin Eggert in Munich and was awarded “Agency of the Year” in Germany in 2020. The agency’s clients currently include Ritter Sport, Guhl, Netflix, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Betway, Motorola, Hannoversche and Bündnis 90/Die Grünen. In addition, the agency is involved in selected social projects, such as the World Food Programme, Seawatch or Social Bee. The agency employs around 50 people and creates on an international level.
You will fit in if you are a team player, have strong communication skills, are able to work under pressure, have above-average commitment and are not afraid of tight deadlines. We also expect a lot of curiosity, logical thinking, enthusiasm for communication and a good knowledge of human nature. A very good sense of trends, self-confidence and a confident manner are important. Courage and originality paired with great fun in reading, writing and presenting should not be missing.
Responsibilities
You develop new ideas and convincing advertising measures for our clients in all channels.
You take responsibility for projects and are responsible for their creative implementation.
You will plan and supervise photo shoots and moving image productions on your own.
Present concepts and work internally and externally.
Close cooperation with strategy, consulting and Film Production.
Requirements
– a degree in the field of graphics/design or comparable training
– good visual eye and really good, big ideas, thought independent of channels
– at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a creative agency
– very good knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and possibly After Effects
– a structured, precise and efficient way of working with high quality standards
– Reliability and decision-making skills
– Ability to work under pressure, especially under tight deadlines
– customer and solution orientation
– high flexibility, independence, initiative and sense of responsibility
– good humour and enjoyment of working in a team
– excellent fluid English, spoken and written
