Responsibilities
What do we expect from you?
* Development and implementation of fun and smart visual and creative concepts
* Development and implementation of visual guidelines for great brands we are working with
* Active participation in meetings (here comes the first challenge for introverts)
* Collaboration with other teams and colleagues on projects
* Understanding and elaborating tasks, and connecting them with visual concepts and solutions
* Presenting conceptual solutions to colleagues and clients
* Participation in pitches and meetings with clients
* A proactive approach to tasks and clients; you may get an awesome idea that will elevate the current collaboration
* Keeping track of global design trends
* Continuous specialization and education

Requirements

* Clear interest for advertising, analytical and critical approach to ads
* Deliberation during the development of visual solutions
* Willingness to share your knowledge with junior colleagues
* Punctuality and meeting deadlines (we tried, it’s not that hard)
* Teamwork and collegiality
* Flexible approach to the tasks and colleagues, and accepting that some good and wholesome ideas need to be adjusted to client’s requests
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Minimum of three years of relevant work experience on same or similar positions, preferably in agency context
