Hi, my name is Toma, I am a Strategic Director in Carat Ukraine.
Currently advertising is definitely not a #1 priority in our country, but we still want to support our families and our country financially.
That’s why I’m looking for some working opportunities.
I am responsible for Strategic Planning for biggest agency clients and have experience in multiple clients’ fields, from FMCG & pharma to telecom, finances and e-commerce. I worked with a lot of international clients, including Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Philips, etc.
I’m also frequent Strategic lead on new business pitches with winning strike of 50%. I have experience working with both set teams for current clients and with agile teams in short 2-3 week sprints for new business pitches. I also did work with creative agencies as a contributing strategist.
