Responsibilities
The role of Senior Art Director would be to:
develop modern, standing out creative ideas that work in the omnichannel eco system and are digital at heart and are on strategy
develop the executions and presentations of big ideas, skillfully produces work across all channels
work close with strategic, account & production
lead larger presentations and new business pitches
ensure that team stay fresh and on top of emerging trends
direct members of the team to ensure production & design of the proper campaign elements
keep eye out for incremental business opportunities and creative awards opportunities

Requirements
The competencies at that position include:
senior level of experience in working as an art director at an agency
fluency in all marketing formats including digital and channels, formats and guidelines
focus on following trends
experience in developing creative, innovative ideas
perfect technical writing skills in Polish, advanced oral&writing skill in English.
